Rasul Allah (pbuh) said:

"Good behaviour towards parents by which one can be courteous to them after their demise are to pray namaz-e-janaza upon them, make dua of forgiveness for them, fulfill their religious bequests, maintain relationship with those relatives linked through them and honour their friends." [Abu Daud]

"Charity on their behalf after their death (also) earns reward for them." [Muslim]

On this Hadith, we are told to Solat Jenazah for our parents when they pass away. Me and my wife is trying to organise a Jenazah Course at our house on Saturdays but have yet to have the number of required students yet. The Person who teaches is a couple, husband and wife, from Sinar Baharu.

Insha'Allah we can learn how to mandi jenazah, solat jenazah and all the steps to deal with jenazah. While at it, we are increasing our knowledge.
