A couple more pictures. Lots of things that I wanna blog about but nyeh, not really in the mood.
Here's Mary & me, pic taken at the airport about a week before Hari Raya Haji. My SIL and family were off to China, and coincidentally Mary's mom was going on the exact same tour. We sent them off together with my parents-inlaw, and this Mary sempat say lets take pictures and all, haha. Please excuse my extremely .. I don't even know what's the word to describe it .. face.
I've never felt fatter in my whole entire life. NEVER.

Before going on to the next picture, I just want to say, right now I am SO IN LOVE with dettol. I actually didn't have motivation to bathe a few days ago because I didn't have Dettol shower foam at home, I only had Shokobutsu, the brand we've been using for the past few years. Suddenly lepas beli Dettol I am SO motivated to bathe like ALL THE TIME. Haha. I go to the toilet at random moments just to wash my hand using Dettol, and I use Dettol before taking wudhu too, and right now I'm thinking of putting some in the washing machine when I do laundry... but that's going too far maybe? Plus Husband doesn't really like the smell but right now I don't really care, it's a constant craving to SMELL it. They should bottle up the smell macam ointment and make it like minyak kapak or something.
Moving on.

My sister Haliza celebrated her 14th birthday on 07 Nov, but they were away at KL for that entire weekend, so the moment they reached SG, we went to Gurame for her birthday dinner. Bought for her Vans, as in the shoes, not the vehicle HAHA.
Do you know the brand OTW? I saw this brand a lot at Queensway, where we went to buy her shoes. I thought it was quite a cool name, OTW = On the Way.. coz you know, shoes make you go on your way to somewhere?
Turns out OTW is actually a collection by Vans, and it means Off the Wall. Hahaha. I felt a bit stupid when Haliza and Husband told me! Anyway Vans have a few cool designs, I especially love those flowery and polka dotted ones, but Haliza wanted something plain and in bright pink. So yeah.

12 Nov was my mom's birthday, and her birthday dinner was at Seoul Garden, and then at Carousel for the 2nd day. Why 2 celebrations? Coz she's part of a set of twins, haha. That's what she said! Anyway she really wanted Carousel but it was fullybooked on Saturday, so we went there on Sunday instead.
Seoul Garden was perfect for my blackpepper beef craving, and also the constant need for crushed ice. I think I have mentioned this before? That I LOVELOVELOVE crushed ice now? And if I can't get ice, I will just crunch some ice cubes in my mouth.. I tell u, the feeling is heavenly. Seriously. I mean, I sound so pathetic saying this coz it's such a cheap thrill but the feeling is seriously out of this world.

Here's us at the lobby of Royal Scotts. Dinner treat by my dad. Had the staff do the whole happy birthday thing for my mom and Haliza, which was quite cool coz they would take a polaroid pic of us and gave us a complimentary cupcake (for each birthday person)
My leave is settled for next month. My parents are going to Bandung / JKT for a week, and I am taking leave to take care of my darlingbabyHyder, and also a short drive-up to KL. I think by then the maid (our 3rd in like, 5 months?) should have arrived already, I and Husband don't know whether to bring her or not ... but on 2nd thoughts, tak jadi lah. So awkward nanti dia tidur mana?? Haha.
Hyder's performing for his school's graduation concert this weekend, and I AM SO EXCITED. And very worried too. I'm not sure how he's going to be facing a crowd, I hope he will do great Insha'Allah. Such a huge moment for me as a parent, hahah.
