WORMEE.
Yay I'm on halfday too, and so is the husband, and we have plans lined up to date our babymunchkin! Insha'Allah the plan goes.. as planned! Haha. Will update more later.
Anyway, on Monday (HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN, FIRAZ!) I finished work late, and then we had a late dinner at Bedok corner. I had macaroni chicken soup, from a certain shop there.
I'm not sure if I should mention the shop name, because I don't want to jatuhkan rezeki or whatever you call it. Please listen to my story first.
I had that chicken macaroni soup, and I couldn't finish it, so I passed it to my husband, and I ate his fried rice. That's the best thing about eating with him, he will exchange food willingly if he knows I don't like my food - coz he's a total wak jawa who eats anything, haha.
Anyway he was eating my soup.. and suddenly he was like "OMG, ADA ULAT!"
And yes it was a worm, complete with many tiny feet. Ish, geli gila ok even now talking about it.
We put it aside, and called the stall owner. He came over, and we told him nicely, please note, NICELY, and he was all blase (sp?) and said "Oh, tadi takde. Skrg ada eh?" and walked off. Maj looked so pissed off and called after him "Takper Cik, simpan jer macaroni tu. Saya dah tak nak pon."
A few minutes later he came back, tossed $3 onto our table, muttered "duit awak" and walked off.
No apology, nothing.
If you were me, would you mention the shop name? Would you report to NEA?

Ok heck ah, the shop name is Nur Indah. This is not fitnah, so yeah.
Check your soups before eating, people.
