And so my baby is 1year5months old. Had his checkup on Wednesday night after work, and he's now 10.4kg and 78cm tall! Doctor said he was a bit short and light for his age, which got me abit worried, til she said he has always been a small-sized baby anyway, so there's nothing much to worry about.

3 meals a day? she asked.

More than that actually. HAHA. He eats quite a lot, and if you look at him eat, you also feel very selera tau. Haha. At the moment his favourite is chicken and rice with bagedil, very wak jawa ikut bapak dia.



Now he's trying to assert his independence, wants to do EVERYTHING himself. Doesn't want to be carried anymore, wants to walk walk walk, at his own pace, to his own place. Haha. Wants to eat everything himself too, which ends up as a huge mess, and it's quite embarassing when we are outside lah, haha.

Oh, and he eats with a spoon, so half of the things he scoops into his mouth ends up on the floor.

He loves putting socks on his hands, and do a puppet show. Haha. SOOO cute tau. And my mom said now after he bathes, he will go outside, try sedaya-upaya to put on his sandals... kononnya nak pergi jalan2. Haha.



At the moment he's beginning to throw tantrums, which is quite upsetting for me lah because I want him to be one of those calm boys, you know. Haha. I and Husband looked up online, and found a few ways to calm him down when he's having tantrums... we also learn that throwing tantrums is the usual way for a kid to show his feelings. Adults do it by slamming doors, swearing and such (you know, frustrated) but toddlers do it by throwing tantrums.

My husband said Hyder follows me in this aspect because I at this age still throw tantrums sometimes, but THAT'S BECAUSE I GET FRUSTRATED ALWAYS BY MY HUSBAND. HAHAHA.



He loves to randomly shout "BABA" now, for GOD knows what reason. Haha. The number of words he can say has also increased a lot, and he loves storytelling now, making up his own stories in his own language, haha.

That's my boy at 1yr5 mths. These babies grow up so damn fast!!!
