. . . Hadith of The Day . . .

One of the worst forms of theft or cheating is cheating in prayer.

The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “The worst type of thief is the one who steals from his prayer.”
The people asked, “O Messenger of Allah! How can a person steal from his prayer?”
He said: “By not doing rukoo’ and sujood (bowing and prostrating properly).”

[Ahmad, 5/310; Saheeh al-Jami’ no. 997]

We(refering more to ownself) are guilty of above, we often rukoo' and sujood so fast without saying it properly. We always take it for granted. Therefore, we are the worst out of all the thieves in the world.

So, from now on, let us improve ourselves to make our prayers proper and do not steal from it. Let's try our best in every prayers from now on.

INSHA'ALLAH.
