I've mentioned this before on Twitter, I keep checking the Shell site just to assure myself that Husband is still a winner for that Korea trip, even though we have already attended the prize-giving ceremony, and the travel agent has already contacted us. Haha. Today, I checked again, and (if I'm a author of a book or something, I'll add the phrase - "lo and behold!" here, haha) Husband's picture was up.

It was taken during the prize-giving, and I was carrying Hyder because he was asleep. Husband wanted to bring Hyder for the photo-taking, but Hyder was really sweaty and tak glam, so it was just him.

If I'm not wrong, Week 4 winner is a Channel 8 actor kan?? I thought he was a celebrity that Shell hired for the event, to give out the prizes, but oh salah, he won also.

Anyway, the travel agent has contacted us, and they and Shell very nicely extended the travelling period for us. Everyone's supposed to travel by end of March, but they allowed us to travel by end of May, due to circumstances. So we are now planning to go in April, maybe first week of April so it will still be quite cooling. Trip is only for 5 days 4 night - 2 nights Jeju and 2 nights Seoul, and itenerary is all set out for us. We are choosing the driver option - as in, we will get a private driver who will also be our tour guide, and we'll be driven around in a Hyundai Sonata, I think. The other option was to drive ourselves, but I told Husband let's just step orang kaya and have a driver for once, HAHAHA.

It's still so cool and unbelievable ah. Hyder is SO DAMN EXCITED LIKE MAD, I tell you. He's been telling EVERY SINGLE PERSON on earth, including his schoolvan Atok and Nenek (the schoolvan driver and his assistant), our Ustazah ngaji, and he's using this Korea trip as a threat to everyone who's mean to him, haha.

"Auntee Haliza! If you naughty, you tak boleh ikut I go Korea ok!"
"Mummee, if you marah I, you cannot go Korea! I go with Baba only!"

Sometimes when I and Husband are angry with him, he will tell us both that we cannot go Korea with him, and he will go alone. Hahah, very independent.

April is still 6 months away, sooooo lama lah, but it's ok, we will be patient. Right now there's really so many things to look forward to, Insha'Allah, and I can only say we are thankful for the rezeki from Allah swt.

However, I asked Husband for a mini small trip, next month preferably because.. you know, all this hype about Korea being end of this month, and then the decision to wait til next year April... we need to unleash the excitement somewhere first. I said KL, coz there's really nowhere else to go, I think, and he's agreeable, so Insha'Allah that will happen next month. Just a weekend trip, but ok lah, it shall be subway (and breadtalk, and carls jr, and all you wonderful halal food) galore!

Super sleepy today. It's only 3.16pm, I was on halfday morning leave, woke up late and then entertained Hyder (and vice versa, haha) and then had lunch at my mom's place, and then left for work. Now counting down to 6pm... ngantoknya, Ya Rabbi.
