16 years of friendship!

I remember reading something online the other day, that said Monsters Inc came out almost 11 years ago, Finding Nemo was (lets say) 10 years ago, etc etc. And then I was like, HOW OLD AM I NOW?!
I'm 29.
I don't feel 29, actually. Some days I feel 21, some days I feel 39, coz I'm so tired, but usually I feel around 23. Haha.
And then last Friday's meetup with the girls happened, and OH. I feel 16! I felt so young, so carefree, haha! Mostly coz the kids were with my mom, and it was just us girls, and I'll be honest, I have not had a social gathering withOUT the kids since ... many many lifetime ago or something, hahaha.
It was such a refreshing change, haha.
The date and time was decided via whatsapp. Farah wasn't working on Friday coz of children's day, and Mary and Mazee are both tai-tai, so I took halfday and we met up at Ion.
Wanted to go Meatworks, but do you guys know it's already closed down? Belum sempat I makan there, dia dah close down! So we decided on Swensens.
One of the waiters there sold us these vouchers where you pay $20 and you get $35 value or something like that... it was a bit confusing, but yeah we paid lesser for the meal. Apparently it's only valid at Ion.
After makan, we went jalan2 abit, I bought some clothes for Sufia from CottonOn Kids, and then we headed on to Liat Towers Starbucks WHERE WE WERE ATTACKED BY BIRDS.
So people, seriously cakap tak bedek, you go sit inside if you don't want to share your food with birds, seriously. I was so freaked out, and I'm not even scared of birds tau, but the birds there were SO daring! In my haste to duck from the birds, I accidentally smeared chocolate on Mazee's sleeves, haha!
Got the husband to fetch me around 7plus, and that was the end of the outing, at least for me, haha. It was SO nice seeing them again after SO long... and when I was going to upload the pic to IG, I realised we've been friends for about 16 years. That's reeeally long I think. Alhamdulillah!
But I also missed my babies like mad, so on Saturday we bought toys for them, HAHA.
